An additional character can be added at +80% base price

Simple backgrounds can be requested at no additional cost

Complex background prices vary based on what the client requests ($25+)

"Dynamic" Lighting adds +10% to the base price, and the client can request a version with and without said lighting

Complex Designs and Heavy/Metal armour may require a small additional charge ($5-25+)

Rush commissions are possible but will incur additional fees

All payment is final, and there are no refunds once the invoice is paid. This includes Paypal chargebacks.

In the case that I am unable to complete your commission for any reason (personal bereavement or emergency). You may be offered a 50% refund and a delivery of the incomplete artwork.

Unless otherwise discussed, I reserve the right to post a watermark version of the artwork on my social media.

When posting my art on social media, full credit must go to either my Instagram @iamlordly or my Twitter @iamlordly. In addition, my signature may not be cropped from the image when posting.

The client may not modify or alter the artwork without first discussing it with the artist.

Clients may pay fully upfront or 50/50, 50% upfront and 50% after an approved sketch.

I require full upfront payment for all orders 40 USD and below.

Throughout the commission, you will be given multiple "work in progress" images of your commission. Requiring changes at these times is encouraged, as major revisions are not allowed once the final product has been delivered.

Unless explicitly discussed, the commissioned piece may not be used for any commercial work.
